Terms & Conditions

1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing Fluke Jewellery's terms and conditions set out below will prevail in the case of conflict arising between Fluke Jewellery and the customer.
2. Prices and Specifications are correct on the website as and from the Friday 1st September 2006. Fluke jewellery reserves the right to change said prices and specifications as the need arises.
3. All payments made in the UK and Overseas are to be made in pounds sterling. Goods will only be despatched on the reciept of the full sum owed.
4. All goods remain the property of Fluke Jewellery until the full sum owed is recieved by Fluke Jewellery.
5. Fluke Jewellery will endeavour to despatch all goods ordered and paid for within 7 days of payment excluding Handmade items and Special Commissions. In the unlikely event of an article being out of stock the time scale will increase, however Fluke Jewellery will inform their customer if this situation should arise.
6. Any faults or complaints regarding an item purchased must be reported within 7 days of reciept of goods. Failure to do this will impair your rights to a Replacement or Refund.
7. Fluke Jewellery accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage arising from the incorrect wearing or use of a piece of their jewellery.

Dispatch & Shipping

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is presented in either a dark blue silk lined box or draw string pouch both bearing the Fluke logo.

Delivery

We will endeavour to post all orders within 7 days of receipt & clearance of payment. Any orders that cannot be posted out in this time frame, we will inform you of on receipt of order. However, our stock of silver jewellery is such that this should not occur.

NB Please note that Handmade, Special Commissions and Sculpture's will all be made & delivered by arrangement.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All orders are sent by 'Special Delivery' and have to be signed for. The postage & packaging charge is £5.00

International Deliveries

Delivery to Europe, Canada, USA & Australia is £8.00 Postage & Packaging. Please allow 10 days for delivery although some international deliveries can take 28 days.

We cannot be responsible for any customs charges incurred once we have posted goods out.
